What we create

Lighting, sound and image are how a room is directed, and they only work when they are designed together. We light the people on stage, give the space its colour and texture, cover the whole audience at an even level, and build the screen in whatever shape the show actually needs. One team draws all of it, which is why the creative idea and the equipment list never disagree.

When a moment has to land on the beat, we run it on timecode: lighting, video, audio and effects follow one clock, so a ninety-second opening plays identically in rehearsal and in front of the audience. When a programme needs to breathe around a live host, we call it manually instead. We will tell you honestly which of the two your running order needs, and whether a surface is worth projecting onto or a screen is the better answer.

What this category covers

Lighting & timecoded shows
Key light for the people on stage, colour and texture for the room, and the big moments locked to one clock so light, video and sound arrive together.
Sound
Even coverage across the whole audience, speech that stays clear at the back, and a separate balance for playback, speeches and live music.
LED screens
Screens built in the shape the show needs, from one wide backdrop to side panels, a curve or a floor, with a backup ready to take over.
Projection
Where a surface should become the picture, we survey it first: colour, texture, throw distance and ambient light decide whether projection or a screen is the honest answer.

What we can bring together

  • Lighting design for the stage, the room and the guest journey
  • Console programming, cue by cue or locked to timecode
  • One clock for lighting, video, audio and effects
  • Sound systems sized, flown and tuned to the room
  • Microphones, stage monitoring and experienced engineers
  • LED screens in the shape the show needs, with backup playback
  • Show content prepared and tested on the real pixel map
  • Projection surveys, throw studies and surface mapping
  • Camera feeds, image magnification and recording
  • Rehearsal time and live operation by the people who designed it

Events it suits

  • Product and brand launches
  • Gala dinners and award shows
  • Conferences and general sessions
  • Concerts and live performance
  • Ceremonies and openings
  • National day and public celebrations

What we need from you to plan it

  1. The venue, and its rigging, power and curfew limits
  2. A running order with timings, even a draft one
  3. Music and video content, and whether it is locked
  4. Stage, screen or projection surface dimensions
  5. Camera, streaming or broadcast requirements
  6. Rehearsal and sound-check windows available on site

Planning questions

What does “timecoded” actually mean for us?
It means your music, video and lighting run from the same clock instead of being chased by an operator. The trade is that content has to be locked before programming starts; changes after that cost rehearsal time, so we agree a content freeze date with you.
Can we take the lighting without the sound and screens?
Yes. These sit in one category because one team designs and runs them, not because they have to be bought together. We can deliver any part of it, or issue a design package of plots, schedules and power requirements for another contractor to build.
Can you project onto a building?
Often, but only after a survey. Projection depends on surface colour and texture, throw distance, how much ambient light is around it, and permission from whoever owns the facade. We will say if a screen is the better answer.
