What we collect, and why.
Magenta is an experiential events company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This page describes what the forms on this site collect, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What you give us
When you request an invitation to the Vault we ask for your name, your company if you have one, your email address, your phone number and a description of the project you have in mind. We use those details to understand the enquiry, to decide whether to open the Vault for you, and to reply to you about it.
Inside the Vault we keep the brief you build: the occasion, the projects you keep, the city, date, guest numbers and budget range you enter, and anything you write in your own words. When you press send, that brief is recorded as you wrote it and a copy is sent to our studio so a person can respond. We reply to the email address you signed in with.
Signing in, and your draft
Signing in sets cookies that keep you signed in for that session. They are necessary for the Vault to work and are not used for advertising or for tracking you across other sites. Your draft brief is also saved in your own browser, under your own account, so that unfinished work survives a lost connection. Signing out removes that local copy from the device you are using.
We keep records of access and security events, including approvals, sign in attempts and a one way fingerprint of the network address a request came from. We use those to protect the Vault from abuse and to see who was given access to what.
Marketing is separate
The request form has one optional tick box for occasional Magenta inspiration and project stories. It is unticked by default, it is never required, and leaving it unticked means we will only ever write to you about your enquiry. Your choice is recorded with your request, and you can ask us to withdraw it at any time.
Who helps us run this
We use Vercel to host the website, Supabase for secure account access and storage, and Resend to deliver email. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the site and respond to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, briefs and access records for as long as we need them for the purpose described above, and for as long as ordinary business and record keeping require. To request removal, contact our studio. We will review your request against the purpose for which the information was collected and any record keeping obligations, then confirm the outcome.

Write to Hgazzaz@magentaco.com to see what we hold, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to withdraw your marketing consent. Requests are handled by our studio in Jeddah, by a person, not automatically.
