What we create
This is the part of an event where guests stop watching and start playing. We build and staff carnival zones: skill games, target and archery activities, creative workshops, a prize desk, photo moments and a lit signage scheme that makes the whole area read as one place rather than a row of unrelated stalls.
Every game is run by a host who explains it in one sentence, keeps the queue moving and hands over the prize, because an unstaffed activity is an empty table by the second hour. We plan capacity against your guest numbers and your running order, so the zone is busy when you want people out of their seats and quiet when the stage needs them back.
What we can bring together
- Game stall design, build and branding
- Classic carnival games and skill activities
- Creative workshops, including pottery and painting
- Archery, target and larger activations where space allows
- Prize strategy, stock and a redemption desk
- Trained hosts and game operators
- Themed signage, lighting and decor for the zone
- Capacity planning and guest flow
- Safety briefing, matting and supervision
Events it suits
- Employee family days
- Community and public events
- Mall and retail activations
- School and youth programmes
- Residential and club events
- Brand roadshows
What we need from you to plan it
- Guest numbers, and roughly how many are children
- Indoor or outdoor space, and its dimensions
- How many hours the zone stays open
- Whether prizes should carry your branding
- Power, water and shade availability
- Any activity the venue will not allow

Planning questions
- Do you provide the staff as well as the games?
- Yes. Every activity is quoted with the hosts needed to run it, because the hosting is most of what makes a carnival zone work.
- Can the games carry our branding?
- Yes. Stalls, signage, prizes and host uniforms can all be produced in your identity.
