What we create

Event planning and production is the thread that holds every other service together. We start with the reason the event exists, whether that is a national day, a product launch or an employee celebration, and turn it into a running order an audience can feel: where they arrive, what they see first, when the room goes dark, and what they are still talking about in the car park.

Then we produce it. That means drawings and load plans for the venue, a supplier list, a rehearsal schedule, a crew call sheet and a show caller on the day. Our lighting, audio, screen and entertainment teams sit inside the same production, so the creative idea and the equipment list are never written by two companies who have never met.

What we can bring together

  • Creative concept and experience narrative
  • Run of show and show-calling script
  • Technical design: plans, sections, rigging and power
  • Venue liaison, site surveys and method statements
  • Supplier coordination and crew scheduling
  • Scenic, staging and production design
  • Rehearsals and on-site show operation
  • Load-in, changeover and load-out management

Events it suits

  • Corporate celebrations
  • Brand and product launches
  • National day and public experiences
  • Employee family days
  • Conferences and award evenings
  • Openings and activations

What we need from you to plan it

  1. Your date window, and the venue if it is already held
  2. Expected guest numbers and how they will arrive
  3. The one thing guests should remember afterwards
  4. Programme elements already confirmed: speeches, awards, performances
  5. Site constraints: power, access, ceiling height, curfew
  6. Budget range and who signs it off

Planning questions

How early should we start?
It depends entirely on scale and venue. A single-evening celebration in a venue you already hold needs far less lead time than a public installation that needs fabrication and permissions. Tell us the date and we will tell you what is realistic for it rather than quote a standard number.
Can you take only part of the event?
Yes. We can deliver the whole event, or only the production scope inside someone else's creative direction, whether that is an agency, an in-house marketing team or a venue's own programme.
